PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND IN FULL THE ASURION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND MSA`S TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (COLLECTIVLEY, THIS “AGREEMENT”). THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS ASURION`S LIABILITY TO YOU AND REQUIRES YOU TO SUBMIT ALL DISPUTES YOU HAVE WITH ASURION TO BINDING ARBITRATION. The MSA contains software provided by Asurion that enables the MSA`s mobile recovery functions to be performed on your mobile device (the “Asurion Features”). Asurion functions can include Locate, Alarm, Lock, and Erase functions. You may not have all of Asurion`s features at your disposal at all times. For example, due to technical constraints or problems, the “Location” or “Alert” functions may not be available to you if you try to find your mobile device.
Asurion reserves the right to modify, modify, suspend or discontinue certain features of Asurion at any time without notice. Asurion also reserves the right to suspend or suspend your access to asurion features without notice if you do not pay any fees or charges related to the MSA or if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement and your use of and access to the MSA at any time by contacting Verizon at (800) 922-0204. 2. License Grant and Reserve of Asurion Functions. Subject to your day-to-day compliance with this Agreement and your payment of fees or charges related to the MSA, Asurion grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Asurion Software to operate the Asurion features of the MSA on your mobile device.
